We brought one of the most important fashion documentaries ever made to Brisbane. The True Cost may be over a decade old but its message has never been more urgent — and the conversation it sparked in the room proved exactly that.

Following the screening we were joined by an incredible panel: Kat from Practice Studio, Emma from Fashion Revolution Australia, and Zara from Bloom Op Shops — three women doing the work every day. Together we unpacked impact, activism and what it actually means to push for change in the fashion industry. It was honest, energising and exactly the kind of conversation this city needs more of.
